MetaAge received dual recognition at the 2025 Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards (TSAA), demonstrating its commitment to sustainability in action:
In 2024, MetaAge launched the “Computer Donation Program”, leveraging its core capabilities in equipment maintenance and engineering preparation. Commercial computers whose customer contracts had expired were refurbished and, through partnerships with nonprofit organizations, precisely donated to schools and social welfare organizations in rural areas across 12 cities and counties in Taiwan, for a total of 375 computers. This initiative not only extended the useful life of resources but also effectively helped bridge the digital divide. MetaAge also visited schools in indigenous communities to help students gain initial exposure to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, broadening their understanding of future technologies and career opportunities.
In 2024, MetaAge proactively introduced the “DKABio Smart Health Risk Analysis Service”, which combines AI and big data technologies to help employees identify potential health risks at an early stage and strengthen a preventive healthcare model centered on “predicting health and planning for the future.” The initiative establishes a proactive health management culture, enhances employees' awareness and understanding of their own health, and thereby reduces the impact of major diseases on corporate talent and operations. The project not only enhances employee health awareness and workplace well-being but also demonstrates the application of technological innovation to health management and social value creation.

In 2024, MetaAge collaborated with the Cardinal Paul Shan Social Welfare Foundation on the “Little Professionals AI Course.” In 2025, the Company partnered with the Baseball Buddies Foundation and the STP Digital Talent Development Program to organize introductory AI education courses. University students from across Taiwan formed an AI education team and traveled to elementary schools in rural and indigenous communities to conduct two hands-on courses. Through the introduction and application of basic AI technologies, the courses provided students with an introduction to information technology and aimed to enhance their understanding of careers and content in the information technology field.
MetaAge received the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) Talent Development Leadership Award - Service, Information and Communications Technology, and Hospital Category for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024. As the best partner for enterprise intelligence, MetaAge is committed to integrating human resources management with AI technologies. Through intelligent management tools, the Company effectively develops, manages, and retains key talent. Employee satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly, with employees' perspectives and needs given priority. Through comprehensive internal systems and benefits, MetaAge continuously enhances the employee experience.
MetaAge leverages its own strengths and connects its extensive portfolio of existing products and digital solutions to take the lead in achieving automated and paperless human resources and recruitment processes internally. The Company has also implemented AI-driven talent selection, turnover prediction, and proactive talent retention, transforming the Human Resources Department into a strategic talent management center for the Company.
In addition, MetaAge actively participates in talent development in society by collaborating with several renowned universities to teach students how to integrate professional knowledge with digital tools and strengthen their practical capabilities for future employment. With a highly diverse corporate culture, the Company welcomes talent from different academic backgrounds to participate in its internship program. To date, more than 30 interns have been trained, providing young people with valuable workplace experience.

In 2022, MetaAge announced the establishment of the “MetaAge Digital Talent Academy.” The Academy integrates resources from industry, government, and academia, collaborating with the Institute for Information Industry's Digital Education Institute, Feng Chia University's Cloud Innovation Academy, the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Association, and SREI Technology. Focusing on three major areas—AI, RPA, and cloud computing—the Academy aims to provide substantial resources for Taiwan's digital talent and establish the foundation required for enterprise digital transformation.
To actively develop this collaborative initiative, the MetaAge Digital Talent Academy launched courses in AI manufacturing, automation, big data analytics, and cloud-based intelligent supply chains in 2022, and provided course offerings eligible for a 50% subsidy from the Industrial Development Bureau. The Academy will continue to work with experts from Feng Chia University's Cloud Innovation Academy and the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Association, integrating current industry trends and diverse technological capabilities. It will also bring together products and resources from international manufacturers represented by MetaAge and ISVs on its cloud marketplace to develop comprehensive digital talent training programs and achieve a stable, mutually beneficial outcome for both industry and talent.
MetaAge has sponsored a total of NT$2,140,000 this year to organizations such as the BenQ Foundation, the STP Seed Talent Program, Women in AI Taiwan, and Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Development. Details of our social contributions are as follows:

Charity Events of BenQ Foundation: MetaAge is devoted to fulfilling its corporate social responsibilitiesand is proactively making contributions to society. Throughout 2022, a total of $3,000,000 was donated to the BenQ Foundation. BenQ Foundation, adhering to the four major goals, namely, digital opportunity, good-will education, cultural value, and environmental sustainability, has been concerned about the urban-rural gap in digital developments and proactively promoting the idea of original culture over the long term. It reaches out to tribes and sets foot in fields to demonstrate the proactive action it takes in the promotion of respective charity events to promote co-prosperity and common good in society.
