Electricity, water, and waste management

To promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction in its offices, MetaAge conducts an inventory of resource consumption, including electricity consumption, water consumption, and waste weight. The statistics are shown in the table below. The details are as follows:

• Electricity consumption: MetaAge's electricity consumption is primarily for office operations. In addition to electricity supplied by Taiwan Power Company, the Company began using self-generated solar renewable electricity in 2024 and initiated the procurement of renewable electricity from external sources in 2025.
• Water consumption: MetaAge operates in the information services industry, with its operations primarily consisting of office activities. The Company has no factories or manufacturing processes, and all water used by the Company is supplied by the water utility.
• Waste weight: General business waste is centrally handled and disposed of by the building management committee. As the actual weight cannot be measured, the data scope only includes the weight of paper from documents disposed of by MetaAge's Neihu Headquarters.
