MetaAge provides a comprehensive training system for new employees and develops training programs tailored to different job functions. MetaAge also offers management practice workshops for designated personnel and skills training specifically designed to support engineers in their roles.
In addition, employees are encouraged to pursue continuous learning and stay informed through external learning opportunities, including professional certification programs, industry insights shared by external experts, and seminars covering topics such as lifestyle knowledge and community engagement.
In 2025, MetaAge supported 72 employees in pursuing external professional certifications, with an investment of approximately NT$420,000, while 28 employees received external training, representing an investment of approximately NT$880,000.
MetaAge embraces a diverse corporate culture and welcomes talent from a wide range of academic backgrounds to participate in its internship program. The program aims to leverage students' expertise in their respective fields by providing them with opportunities to enter the workplace and apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems, while also encouraging innovative thinking and helping bridge the gap between academic learning and the workplace. Students participate in various fields, including business, technology, human resources, information technology, marketing, and ESG, and are recruited from more than 10 renowned universities in Taiwan and overseas. Since 2022, a total of 11 interns have chosen to join MetaAge as full-time employees after graduation, applying their prior internship experience to their work.
In 2025, MetaAge, Global Intelligence Network, MetaGuru Digital, and Epic Cloud collectively recruited 19 interns throughout the year. The number of interns who remained employed as of the end of 2025 is shown in the chart on the right. These interns, from diverse backgrounds and professional fields, learn and grow in MetaAge's diverse working environment. Going forward, MetaAge will continue this corporate internship program, providing more emerging talent with opportunities to gain workplace experience, pursue their career aspirations, and achieve a seamless transition from campus to the workplace.

MetaAge makes full use of the service functions of its agency products to smartly transform the employee training platform—streamlining content and enabling mobile learning. Through the use of a cloud-based training portal, AI-powered word clouds, and collaboration platforms, we have significantly improved learning and work efficiency. These tools support the diverse competency development needs of our employees, who can now access training anytime, anywhere.
MetaAge places great importance on employee training and development. In 2025, a total of 246 participants received mandatory training for new employees, with a total of 2,093 training hours. MetaAge invests sufficient resources to help new employees gain a thorough understanding of the Company's background and the professional knowledge required in the workplace, while providing employees with a diverse range of courses and learning opportunities. As employees advance in their job grades, they also receive additional training to develop the corresponding capabilities in thinking and execution. By providing employees with comprehensive development resources, the Company enriches and facilitates their learning and development.
In 2025, employees received a total of 15,056 hours of training, with an average of 23 training hours per employee.
The STP 21st-25th Cohorts Seed Talent Training Program marks the third consecutive year of MetaAge's sponsorship, with a cumulative sponsorship contribution of NT$720,000 and more than 100 university students trained to date. The Seed Talent Training Program was founded by Taiwanese entrepreneurs. It is a six-month program comprising participant training, corporate visits, corporate-sponsored challenges and student solutions, and final project presentations.
For the 24th STP cohort, MetaAge proposed a corporate-sponsored challenge for students to develop a digital career platform to help narrow the gap between skills and job opportunities. For the 25th cohort, students visited Wufeng and Wenshui schools in rural areas to promote introductory AI courses, while expanding the project's impact through video content and social media.
